In Minneapolis, Sid Hartman writes the MN Legislature is "convinced that," with Vikings Owner Red McCombs contributing $100M and the NFL $52M toward a new $400M domed stadium for the Univ. of MN and the Vikings, "a stadium could be built without raising too much money" (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 4/25)....The Texans will build a PSL monument at the southeast corner of Reliant Stadium.
