ESPN's CHRIS BERMAN has been voted Sportscaster of the Year for the sixth time by the NATIONAL SPORTSCASTERS AND SPORTSWRITERS ASSOCIATION. Berman will receive the award April 29 at NSSA's annual awards program in Salisbury, NC (NSSA)....In Miami, Patrick Danner reports WAYNE HUIZENGA JR.'s six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Ft.
