YOUNG GUN: ESPN promoted MARK SHAPIRO to Senior VP & GM of Programming. Shapiro currently leads ESPN Original Entertainment, has overseen ESPN Classic and has managed the SportsCentury project (ESPN). The HOLLYWOOD REPORTER's Jim McConville writes Shapiro will oversee all programming for all four ESPN cable nets and will report to ESPN President GEORGE BODENHEIMER. Shapiro, 31, becomes the youngest exec to run ESPN's programming department in the net's nearly 22-year history (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 7/12).

MOVIN' ON IN: Full Swing Golf named SCOTT WILSON as Dir of Int'l Sales & Marketing. Wilson is the Founder & President of golf simulator manufacturer In Sports Marketing (Full Swing Golf)....The NLL created the Team Services Division — part of the league's long-term plan to increase ticket sales and sponsorships for all 13 teams — to increase team revenues. The NLL named BRETT VICKERS as VP/Team Services to lead the new division (NLL).
