          USA Cycling announced the resignation of COO PHILIP
     MILBURN, effective immediately (Mult., 11/5)....Gulfstream
     Park has reorganized its management team, naming SCOTT SAVIN
     as GM to replace DAVID ROMANIK who will return to his former
     role as Chief Legal Counsel.  Former Gulfstream President &
     CEO DOUG DONN will serve as consultant and supervisor for
     Magna Entertainment's operations at Gulfstream, Thistledown,
     Great Lakes Downs and Remington Park (DAILY RACING FORM,
     11/5)....Pistons Dir of Media Relations J.J. CARTER is
     leaving to become Dir of PR for the ATP (DETROIT NEWS,
     11/5)....The Maple Leafs named former NHLer WENDEL CLARK as
     a Community Representative (THE DAILY)....St. Petersburg
     Times sports columnist HUBERT MIZELL has decided to retire
     in May but will continue to write a once-a-week Sunday
     sports column for the paper.  Mizell has written for the
     paper since '73 (ST. PETERSBURG TIMES, 11/5)....Sportswriter
     SEAN HORGAN has left the Indianapolis Star and has joined
     the Dallas Morning News.  He will oversee the newspaper's
     Sports Day section (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 11/5).
