The Red Sox Thursday promoted Exec VP/Chief Sales & Marketing Officer SAM KENNEDY to Exec VP/COO and Senior VP/Business Affairs JONATHAN GILULA to Exec VP/Business Affairs. Kennedy was also named Fenway Sports Group President. The moves formalize a restructuring of the Red Sox' executive leadership following the departure of former Red Sox COO MIKE DEE, who left in May to become Dolphins CEO (Red Sox).
