Cisco Sports & Entertainment (CSE) announced co-Founder TRACY HUGHES will lead the company's Int'l Business Development (CSE).Triple Crown Productions (TCP) announced that Exec VP ED SEIGENFELD will resign from his position, effective at the end of August. Seigenfeld has led the organization, whose members include Churchill Downs Inc. and NYRA, since March of 1990 (TCP)....The AHL Rochester Americans named TED NOLAN VP/Hockey Operations (Americans)….The ECHL promoted Assistant Dir of Officiating JOE ERNST to Dir of Officiating, replacing BRYAN LEWIS, who will remain with the league as a consultant (ECHL).
