Yahoo Sports Unique Visitors In May Up 7.9% From Same Period In '08

Yahoo Sports led all online sports destinations from work/home for the month of May with 23.5 million unique visitors, up 7.9% from the same period last year, according to data from Nielsen Online. Among the top 10 sports destinations, Fantasy Sports Ventures Network saw the biggest gains, up 62.8% in May. SI.com saw the sharpest decline, down 31.3% from May '08. The chart below lists the top 10 online sports destinations for May '09, ranked by unique audience, compared to May '08 (Nielsen Online).
