Nielsen Co. named BOD member JAMES KILTS as Chair, succeeding DUDLEY EUSTACE after three years. Kilts is a founding partner of private-equity fund Centerview Partners, which "took a minority stake in Nielsen when it went private" in '06 (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 6/16)....WWE named MIKE PAVONE Exec VP/WWE Studios, replacing MIKE LAKE, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 6/16)....New Wild GM CHUCK FLETCHER yesterday "made his first significant off-ice change" by firing Assistant GM TOM LYNN, who had been with the team since its inception and served as acting GM "for the monthlong GM search after DOUG RISEBROUGH's dismissal." Fletcher is expected to "bring in a new right-hand man within the next two to three weeks" (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 6/16).
