The Univ. of Houston has hired Parker Exec Search to find a replacement for AD DAVE MAGGARD, who announced his retirement last week. The school also has appointed an 11-person search committee, co-Chaired by UH Exec VP/Administration & Finance CARL CARLUCCI and Houston attorney KEN BAILEY, a former QB at the school (HOUSTON CHRONICLE, 4/29).

EXECS: LOCOG yesterday appointed All England Lawn Tennis Club Dir of Television and former BBC Sport exec JOHN ROWLINSON as Head of Broadcast for the '12 Summer Games. Rowlinson will join LOCOG after this year’s Wimbledon (GUARDIAN.co.uk, 4/28)....The Helios Education Foundation (HEF) elected Rays Senior VP & Chief Sales Officer MARK FERNANDEZ to its BOD (HEF).
