MLB has appointed Baseball HOFer FRANK ROBINSON to the position of Special Assistant to Commissioner BUD SELIG (MLB.com, 4/23)....Momentum Worldwide named Ogilvy Action Exec VP CRAIG TREANKLER VP/Growth & Development for North America, working out of its Chicago office. The firm also named DANIEL CHU Senior VP/Exec Creative Dir, NY, a new role he will share with current Exec Creative Dir GEORGE TANNENBAUM.
