Bud Light, which has sponsored the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour since '03, has signed a three-year extension with the league to continue as the Official Malt Beverage sponsor. Bud Light also will be the presenting sponsor at three AVP Crocs Tour events -- Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Huntington Beach. In addition to on-site presence, Bud Light will have category exclusivity across broadcast, online and advertising platforms (AVP).

DEAL MAKER: The Twins and The Stanley Works officially signed a sponsorship agreement for the '09 season, making the company the Official Tools, Hardware and Security provider for the team. Included in the deal is sponsorship of the right-field baggy at the Metrodome, which will feature 18.5-by-197-foot Stanley signage. Stanley will also own sponsorship rights to both Target Field webcams, which allow fans to view Target Field construction progress at www.twinsbaseball.com/newballpark (Twins).
