WCSN (Universal Sports) co-Founder Thomas Hipkins is stepping down from his position as the company's General Counsel, a job he's held since '05. He'll maintain his position as a member of the Olympic sports media company's board. Andrew Jacobson, another attorney with the company, will replace Hipkins as general counsel (Tripp Mickle, SportsBusiness Journal).

Morton, who previously worked for the Albuquerque Convention Center, will be responsible for overall operations of the Convention Center (City of Anaheim)....Crocs Inc. named JOHN DUERDEN President & CEO, effective March 16, replacing RON SNYDER, who is retiring but will continue as a BOD member. Duerden joins Crocs from Chrysallis Group, a consulting firm he formed in '06 (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 2/26)....The National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) named SANDY KELCHNER Chapter Development Specialist (NAYS).
