Knicks C EDDY CURRY's former driver, DAVID KUCHINSKY, is seeking $5M in a lawsuit accusing Curry of "sexual harassment and racial discrimination." Curry denied the claims, and said he is "just shocked." Curry's lawyer, KELLY SAINDON, called the suit "extortion" (NEWSDAY, 1/13).

SPORTS MOVIES: Audi of America is promoting a new 96-minute documentary, titled "TRUTH IN 24," about Audi's "race-development program leading up to the 24 Hours of Le Mans race." The movie, produced by NFL Films, is narrated by actor JASON STATHAM (MEDIAPOST.com, 1/12)....The documentary "THE FIRST SATURDAY IN MAY," which chronicles the stories of six horses leading up to the '06 Kentucky Derby and was produced by JOHN and BRAD HENNEGAN, has won the '08 Media Eclipse Award in the National TV Feature programming category. The 90-minute film aired on HorseRacing TV in October (NTRA).

LITTLE LEAGUE, BIG PROBLEM: The GLOBE & MAIL's Paul Waldie reports the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has "revoked the charitable status" of Little League Baseball Canada (LLBC) because of the group's "participation in a tax-shelter program that has raised" more than C$82M. LLBC Dir KEVIN KVAME said the CRA's ruling is "going to have a huge impact." The LLBC's chapters across Canada "rely on the charitable status of [LLBC] to issue tax receipts to donors and to qualify for grants from community foundations and government agencies" (GLOBE & MAIL, 1/13).

TIMES, 1/13)....Penguins co-Owner RON BURKLE has purchased a 7% stake in Whole Foods Market Inc. and an 8% stake in Barnes & Noble Inc. (L.A. TIMES, 1/10)....Univ. of Florida football coach URBAN MEYER earned total bonuses of $375,000 from the school winning the SEC and BCS National Championships (ORLANDOSENTINEL.com, 1/12)....Lance Armstrong Foundation CEO DOUG ULMAN, in the N.Y. TIMES' Frequent Flyer feature, chronicles his fears of flying, and writes, "My colleagues do find my fears amusing." Ulman notes cyclist LANCE ARMSTRONG when flying with Ulman will "make a point of asking me if I'm OK, and then for the rest of the flight he'll ask: 'Hey Doug, did you feel that?'
