Ponturo Receives $16.8M For A-B
Shares Through InBev's Takeover |
The ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL's Christopher Tritto reported a group of 17 top A-B execs "received more than $1[B] for their shares" through InBev's $52B takeover, which was completed in November. A-B Exec VP/Global Industry Development & Chief Creative Officer BOB LACHKY received $20.6M, outgoing VP/Global Media & Sports Marketing TONY PONTURO received $16.8M and A-B President DAVID PEACOCK received $8.7M for his stock and options (ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL, 11/21 issue).
OFF-THE-FIELD ENDEAVORS: Raptors C JERMAINE O'NEAL is serving as co-producer for L.A.-based production company Develement, which has two horror films in progress. The first film, "DAVID," is due out next year, and details are still to come on the second film, "MY PLACE IN THE HORROR." O'Neal also has "given some consideration to acting" (TORONTO SUN, 12/1)....Hully & Mo Restaurant & Tap Room, developed by restaurateur EDDIE CERVANTES along with Stars C MIKE MODANO, Stars co-GM BRETT HULL and Headington Oil Co.
