Jets Lead AFC Teams At The Gate; Dolphins Off 11.0%
The Jets once again are leading all AFC teams with an average of 78,209 fans per game, up 1.3% from the same period a year ago. The Colts are seeing a 15.7% jump at the new Lucas Oil Stadium, packing the venue to 106.3% capacity. Despite remaining in playoff contention with a 6-4 record, the Dolphins are off 11.0% in average attendance in Miami, and they are the only AFC squad under 90% capacity. The Chiefs and Bengals, suffering in the standings, are also seeing slight declines at the gate.
