With Boston Ventures acquiring a majority stake in Petty Enterprises, the company announced a new corporate structure. RICHARD PETTY will serve as Chair Emeritus, DAVID ZUCKER as CEO and BARRY BAKER will become Chair upon the completion of the transaction. Most recently, Zucker was Midway Games President & CEO and prior to that, served as ESPN Exec VP. Prior to joining Boston ventures, Baker was President & COO of USA Networks (Boston Ventures).
EXECS: Octagon named MATT NEIDL Group Dir of its multicultural marketing division, reporting to DAVID PARKES, Senior VP of Octagon's Marketing Solutions Group. Most recently, Neidl was Latinsphere Experiential Dir of Experiential Marketing (Octagon)....Velocity Sports & Entertainment (VS&E) promoted BRENNAN ADAMS to Manager in the Alliances division, ARLEEN ZULAWSKI to Senior Manager and DAYNA WINSLETTE to Manager within the Consulting division, and TOM HENDRY to Senior Manager within the Customer Entertainment group. TREY WALTERS was named Manager in the Consulting division (VS&E)....Precision Sports Entertainment (PSE) named GINA SOLIMANDO Account Manager and RYAN NIXON Manager of Sponsorship Sales & Consultation (PSE).
