MLB NOTES: Wednesday night's Royals-White Sox game on Comcast SportsNet (CSN) Chicago earned a 3.03 HH rating (105,000 HHs), making it the net's highest White Sox rating since Indians-White Sox earned a 3.08 HH rating in September '06 (CSN Chicago)….From March 31 through May 22, FSN Arizona was the top-rated net in the Phoenix DMA on nights that it aired a D'Backs game, outdistancing all four broadcast stations in the market from 7:00-11:00pm PT. During the period, the net generated an average primetime HH rating of 5.01 on nights it had D'Backs games (FSN Arizona)….CSN Philadelphia's broadcast of the Reds-Phillies game on Wednesday night, in which P Brett Myers took a no-hitter into the 7th inning, earned an 8.3 HH rating with 247,000 HHs, making the highest-rated Phillies game on the net since Braves-Phillies in September '07 (CSN Philadelphia)….Through Tuesday, Marlins games on FSN Florida and Sun Sports were averaging a 3.4 HH rating, up 6% from '07 and marking the team's highest figure at this point of the season since '05 (MIAMI HERALD, 6/6)….YES Network earned a 5.6 HH rating for Blue Jays-Yankees on Tuesday, which marked P Joba Chamberlain's debut start. From 8:00-8:15pm ET, 7.5% of area homes were watching the Yankees game. Meanwhile, SNY's coverage of Mets-Giants, which featured P Pedro Martinez' return from the DL, earned a 3.3 HH rating (NEWSDAY.com, 6/4).
