Patriots Owner ROBERT KRAFT Thursday night, celebrating his 67th birthday, attended the Lakers-Celtics NBA Finals Game One with his son, Patriots President JONATHAN KRAFT. McCourt Delivers Keynote Address
At Ernst & Young Forum
NAMES: Dodgers Vice Chair & President JAMIE MCCOURT Thursday delivered the keynote address at Ernst & Young's annual WeConnect forum, held this year at the Skirball Cultural Center in L.A. (Dodgers)....The Buccaneers are donating $50,000 to help convert a softball field in Kissimmee, Florida, into a "state-of-the-art flag football field" (ORLANDO SENTINEL, 6/5)....Former NBAer DENNIS RODMAN, boxer BUTTERBEAN and actors DUSTIN DIAMOND and DANNY BONADUCE are scheduled to compete in CMT's upcoming reality series, "HULK HOGAN's Celebrity Championship Wrestling" (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 6/6)....UFC fighter Tito Ortiz Thursday appeared on MTV’s “TRL” to promote his new book, “This is Gonna Hurt”  (“TRL,” MTV, 6/5). 

IN MEMORY: Former Park City Mountain Resort Owner NICHOLAS BADAMI, who was an "influential figure in bringing" the '02 Winter Olympics to Salt Lake City, died Wednesday at the age of 87 (SALT LAKE TRIBUNE, 6/6)....Supplement store Owner DAVID JACOBS, a "convicted steroid dealer who provided documentary evidence and testimony to NFL officials" in May, was found shot to death Thursday at the age of 35. Jacobs in April said that he "provided two NFL players with steroids and [HGH] and that they supplied other NFL players with banned substances." The NFL Thursday in a statement expressed condolences to Jacobs' family and said that it "would continue its investigation" into the evidence provided by Jacobs (N.Y. TIMES, 6/6).
