The Kentucky Horse Racing Authority has hired Calder Race Course Senior Veterinarian MARY SCOLLAY as Kentucky's first Equine Medical Dir. Scollay's duties will include "recommending how to prevent illicit activities in horse medication and improving the review procedures for horse autopsies" (AP, 5/19).
