Girl Power: Interest In The WNBA Up In '07
The ESPN Sports Poll, a service of TNS Sport, asked U.S. respondents from January through December '07 how interested they are in the WNBA. Those that are at least a little bit interested are considered fans and very interested are avid fans. Of the 27,623 respondents, 34.8% were WNBA fans, up from 31.7% in '06, while 6.4% described themselves as avid WNBA fans. Fans of the WNBA are also asked a series of questions about their attending and viewing habits. The following are attending and viewing responses of WNBA fans for '07 (ESPN Sports Poll).
