SNY has hired Harold Reynolds as an in-studio baseball analyst for its Mets' telecasts. A formal announcement is due today. Starting tomorrow, the former MLBer will appear on the RSN's Mets' pre- and postgame shows with Lee Mazzilli and Matt Yallof. Reynolds will continue as an analyst on MLB.com, a job he has held since June. Reynolds has not held a TV job since July '06, when ESPN fired him over a sexual harassment complaint. Reynolds responded with a lawsuit, claiming wrongful termination. The suit was settled earlier this month for an undisclosed amount. Reynolds originally sought $5M; ESPN says it settled for a fraction of that figure.
