Boston Globe columnist JACKIE MACMULLAN and Assistant Sport Editor KEN FRATUS are "taking the latest buyout offer from the paper." BOB RYAN and DAN SHAUGHNESSY are now the "only two general sports columnists" remaining at the Globe (BOSTONSPORTSMEDIA.com, 4/1)....WBZ-TV's BOB LOBEL will accept a buyout following a "stunning budget cutback that will bring his three-decade dominance to a close" (BOSTON HERALD, 4/2)....GREG GOUGH, Rivals.com's chief technical officer, has left the company. FRANCHISES: The Rams announced they have formed a ticket sales department, naming MICHAEL O’KEEFE VP/Sales, JAKE BYE Dir of Ticket Sales & Premium Seating and BARBARA HELMAN, MEGAN KNAPP, JON KRUSE, DAVID KINSEY and NATHAN SCHANDL as staff members. The team also named EVAN ARDOIN Community Outreach Assistant (Rams)....The NHL Kings named RYAN NORYS Account Exec/Ticket Sales (Game Face).

EXECS: AST Dew Tour VP/Partnerships CASEY MORTON is leaving to join PGA of America where he will serve as a Dir of Broadcasting & Hospitality.
