Predictions Please: Sports Publications Make World Series Picks

Of eight publications, each predicts an AL team will prove to be the World Series winner in '08. Five predict the Tigers will take the AL pennant and the World Series, while two choose the Red Sox to repeat. On the NL side, four pick the Cubs to win the pennant, but lose in the World Series, while two pick the D'Backs to do the same. The chart below lists the publications' World Series predictions
