Everlast Worldwide is launching its inaugural ad campaign, via Kanter Int'l, Philadelphia, under the tagline "Greatness is Within." The campaign, which focuses on the active gym consumer, will include print and online activation, as well as a new Web site launch. Everlast also hired Vincent Partners to handle the company's PR initiatives (Everlast)....Zurich is paying an estimated $35,000 a day to fly a blimp with its own marks over TPC Louisiana during its PGA Tour event this week. The MetLife blimp flies over most tour events under event-by-event deals with CBS and NBC, but a tour official said sponsor conflicts are becoming more prevalent. Zurich made the move after employees of its Farmers Insurance Group pointed out during last year’s Zurich Classic that MetLife is a competitor (Jon Show, SportsBusiness Journal)....TaylorMade-adidas Golf has signed LPGA golfer Amy Hung to a long-term partnership. Hung will play TaylorMade clubs and wear adidas Golf apparel and footwear (THE DAILY)....Swimmer Jessicah Schipper will meet with Speedo reps after her new LZR Racer suit "sank her bid" to lower the world record in the 200 meter butterfly. Schipper: "It felt like I was swimming in a drag suit." Speedo officials said they were "disappointed" by the incident (BLOOMBERG NEWS, 3/27).
