ESPN Averages 1.2 Million Viewers For Conference Tourney Games
ESPN and ESPN2 aired 49 NCAA Division I men's conference basketball tournament games this year, down from 54 games last year. ESPN averaged 983,000 HHs for its 22 games, up 4.8% from 938,000 last year. The highest-rated conference tournament game was last Sunday's Big 12 Championship featuring Kansas-Texas.
