Market Watch: Louisville Tops MMs for NCAA Selection Show

Louisville, with an 18.1/30 Nielsen rating, once again topped all metered markets for Sunday's NCAA Men's Basketball Selection Show on CBS. Meanwhile, San Diego led all markets in gains from last year, up 156.3% after the Univ. of San Diego won the WCC tournament. In the L.A. market, which saw UCLA, USC and Cal State-Fullerton receive tournament bids, ratings for the selection show were up 100%. Columbus ranked as the third highest-rated MM with a 10.2/18, but saw a 35.4% drop from last year, when Ohio State won the Big Ten title. The following presents metered-market ratings for the '08 NCAA Men's Basketball Selection Show on CBS, with comparisons to last year (THE DAILY).
