The Univ. of Hawaii named JIM DONOVAN AD, replacing HERMAN FRAZIER, "who was dismissed in January."  Donovan officially begins March 24 (Honolulu STAR-BULLETIN, 3/14)....The Dodgers promoted JOSH RAWITCH to VP/PR & Broadcasting, YVONNE CARRASCO to Assistant Dir of Multicultural & Business PR and SIGNE HILTON to Supervisor of Broadcasting & PR.
