Ivy League Exec Dir JEFF ORLEANS has announced he will step down from the position in June '09. That date will mark his 25th anniversary in the role (N.Y. Previously, Bickmeier served as Senior Dir of Communications for California Speedway (MIS)....DEAN FISK has left PR agency Porter Novelli after nearly 15 years to form X Factor Sports Media, a branding and PR agency for pro and amateur athletes. Fisk will serve as President of the new company (X Factor Sports Media)....SportsTicker named Lulu.com Exec VP & COO CHRISTOPHER DEAN Managing Dir responsible for day-to-day operations of the company (SportsTicker).
