FSN West and FSN Prime Ticket named MELISSA DLIN VP & General Sales Manager and ERIC BURAK Dir of Marketing. Previously, Dlin was Dir of Sales for National Cable Communications at Comcast Northwest Division. Burak served as Fox Sports Dir of Marketing, and prior to that was Dir of Marketing & PR for the Beverly Hills Sports Council (FSN)....The NHL promoted Senior Dir of Community & Diversity Programming KEN MARTIN to VP/Community Affairs & Diversity Programming (NHL)....The Rockets promoted KEITH JONES to Senior VP/Basketball Operations & Athletic Trainer.  Jones signed a multi-year contract with the team and will oversee player relations and basketball operations, including all team travel arrangements (Rockets)....AEG named STEVE ECKERSON GM of Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California.
