Cook Takes Care Of Alma
Mater In adidas Deal
In Dayton, Mark Gokavi reports Heat G Daequan Cook has inked a three-year deal with adidas worth an estimated $150,000 annually.  As part of the deal, Cook will provide his alma mater, Dunbar High School in Ohio, with new uniforms and basketball shoes.  Cook: “I think their contract with Reebok was up.  I decided to do it with them. Just giving back” (DAYTON DAILY NEWS, 7/25)….Snowboarder and skateboarder Shaun White this month had a signature skateboard released by Tony Hawk’s Birdhouse brand (N.Y. TIMES, 7/26)….Pringles will title sponsor the ‘07 AVP Crocs Tour Cincinnati Open over Labor Day weekend (AVP).
