Officials for AudienceView, a Toronto-based ticketing company, said President & CEO Nick Lisi is stepping down in the wake of the arrival of former Ticketmaster CEO Fred Rosen as AudienceView Chair. Company co-Founder Kevin Kimsa, who served as interim CEO last year after the departure of Mark Cohon to become CFL Commissioner, will resume that post and work closely with Rosen (Eric Fisher, SportsBusiness Journal).
