User Friendly: Yahoo Sports, WWE See Big Gains In June
ESPN.com continues to lead sports Web sites in traffic, seeing a 5.7% increase in June from the same period last year, and a 14.9% jump from May ’07. Yahoo Sports posted a 54.2% increase from last June to jump from fourth to second, surpassing MLB.com and FoxSports.com. With Chris Benoit's death in June, WWE.com experienced a 163.2% month-over-month increase and an 81.3% increase from June '06.
