Tiger Woods Again Named By U.S. Fans As Favorite Athlete

Tiger Woods for the second straight year was named America’s Favorite Male Sports Star, according to an online Harris Interactive Poll of 2,372 U.S. adults conducted from June 5-11.  Yankees SS Derek Jeter checked in at No. 2, rising from No. 4 in the ’06 poll.  The top ten favorite male and female athletes are listed below (Harris Interactive).
