ESPN Sports Poll: Interest In WNBA Down Slightly From ‘05
The ESPN Sports Poll, a service of TNS Sport, asked 27,840 U.S. respondents from January through December ’06 how interested they were in the WNBA. Those who were at least a little bit interested were considered fans. Of the 27,840 respondents, 31.7% were WNBA fans, down from 32.0% in ’05. Fans of the WNBA were also asked a series of questions about their attending and viewing habits (ESPN Sports Poll).
