Admit One Ticket, which is being sued by Massachusetts resident Colman Herman for allegedly violating the state’s antiscalping laws, was “ordered to identify who supplied it with tickets to seven [Red Sox] games in 2005 and how much it paid for them.” Massachusetts District Court Judge Mark Coven ordered Admit One to “turn over the information to” Herman and “dismissed arguments made by [the agency] that disclosing its ticket sources for games the Red Sox played against the [Yankees] and [Orioles] would devastate its business” (Bruce Mohl, BOSTON GLOBE, 2/3).

SADDLEDOME: Two Flames fans fell from the Pengrowth Saddledome’s upper levels during a game against the Canucks on Saturday night. EMS spokesperson Hans Marechaux said that three people “suffered minor injuries.” Police Insp. Guy Slater said that the fall was “accidental, with one man who’d had too much to drink grabbing onto the arm of a friend to break a stumble –- which sent both hockey fans plummeting an estimated [10-12] feet” (CALGARY SUN, 2/5).

VERIZON CENTER: A WASHINGTON POST editorial stated those favoring Wizards Owner Abe Pollin’s request for $50M in taxpayer money to renovate Verizon Center would be “well advised not to oversell any potential benefits to the city and to be transparent about their reasons. For his part, Mr. Pollin needs to be forthcoming about why this is the best option and, if need be, share financial information about his company. Ultimately, the outcomes must rest on what serves the District” (WASHINGTON POST, 2/3).
