The Home Depot Announces Multi-Year Partnership With NFL
The NFL and The Home Depot have inked a multi-year integrated marketing partnership that designates The Home Depot as the league’s official home improvement sponsor. The deal includes marketing rights to the Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, community affairs activities and NFL Network-related programming, and designates The Home Depot as the presenting sponsor of The NFL Experience around the Super Bowl. The NFL Experience Built By The Home Depot will take place January 27-28 and February 1-4 near Dolphin Stadium. Also, The Home Depot, which was the official postgame sponsor of NFL Network’s eight regular-season games, obtains rights to NFL Kickoff, NFL Playoffs, Super Bowl XLI, XLII, XLIII and the Pro Bowl through ’09. The Home Depot has local club sponsorships with the Falcons, Broncos, Buccaneers and Redskins. The company is an official MLB sponsor and has several other sports marketing ties (THE DAILY).
