The St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area Sports Commission named KEVIN SMITH Commissioner. Smith becomes the first African-American sports commissioner in Florida (ST. PETERSBURG TIMES, 11/8)....Int’l Motorsports HOF Exec Dir JIM FREEMAN retired after ten years in that role (TENNESSEAN, 11/8)....The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) named RON DILATUSH Dir of Membership.
