Sports Business Awards winners will be announced tonight

SportsBusiness Journal/Daily tonight will host the fifth annual Sports Business Awards at the New York Marriott Marquis at Times Square. A record crowd of almost 750 people will be on hand to find out which of the nominees in 15 categories will be announced as winners. Also at the gala, former NFL Commissioner Paul Tagliabue will be honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award. Tagliabue will be presented by U.S. Ambassador to Ireland Dan Rooney, owner of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
