Baseball
The San Francisco Giants hired David Bell as director of player personnel. Bell was bench coach for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Bob Aylward retired as Seattle Mariners executive vice president of business operations.

Basketball
The Atlanta Hawks hired Michelle Leftwich as vice president of salary cap administration. Leftwich was vice president and assistant general counsel for the NBA.

Colleges
Eastern Michigan University promoted Dan McLean to senior associate athletic director for development.

Fairleigh Dickinson University hired Valerie Gomez as associate athletic director of external affairs. Gomez was assistant director of events and operations for the Northeast Conference.

Esports
Esports organization Immortals hired Brian Jung as vice president of creative and brand and Steven Graciano as vice president of marketing, Jung was creative director for Publicis, and Graciano was vice president of marketing for NFL Network.

Facilities
TPC Sawgrass hired Derek Sprague as general manager. Sprague was managing director for Liberty National Golf Club.

Football
The New York Jets hired Tim Kemp as senior director of marketing.

The Kansas City Chiefs hired Kimberly Hobbs as vice president of corporate partnerships and premium sales. Hobbs was vice president of corporate sales and services, partnerships and premium services for the Sprint Center and its parent company, AEG.

GOODALL
The Seattle Seahawks hired Kaitlin Goodall as director of business communications. Goodall was an outside contractor and consultant for Microsoft.

Hockey
The Los Angeles Kings hired T.J. Bueno as a customer service representative.

Marketing
Team One hired Kristina Khersonsky and Haley Bright as account executives in its Los Angeles office.

IRG Sports & Entertainment promoted Louis Partenza to president and chief executive officer.

Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment hired Nick Konawalik as general manager for the Big South and Jeremy Epley as general manager for the West Coast Conference and Western Athletic Conference in its collegiate services division.

Media
NBC Sports Group named Len Mead NBC Sports Northwest general manager. Mead was vice president of programming and special projects for NBC Sports Boston.

Discovery Communications named Johnny Hunkins editor-in-chief for the Hot Rod brand. Hunkins was editor of Mopar Muscle.

Olympics
USA Swimming promoted Lindsay Mintenko to national team managing director.

U.S. Ski and Snowboard named Tom Webb director of marketing and communications. Webb was communications manager for the 35th America’s Cup.

Soccer
The North American Soccer League’s Jacksonville Armada FC promoted Nathan Walter to president and general manager.

Other
DraftKings named Stanton Dodge chief legal officer. Dodge was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary for Dish Network.

Fred Maglione launched his own consulting firm, The Maglione Group. Maglione was executive chairman of the Americas for TopTix/SeatGeek.

Kore Software hired Ben Taverner as commercial director and Nathalie de Regt as director of sales for EMEA. Taverner and de Regt will both be based in Europe.

Rebel Ventures hired Robert Rodriguez as vice president of partnerships and content. Rodriguez ran global soccer and athlete partnerships for Facebook.
