End of Summer tickets include perks

For the fourth straight year, the Boston Red Sox will present a late-summer initiative for families: free parking at the Prudential Center Garage and free Boston Duck Tour rides to and from Fenway Park. The promotion will run for six games from Aug. 26-31. End of Summer Family Packs include hot dogs and sodas. Program backers include the city of Boston, Boston Duck Tours, Aramark, The Shops at Prudential Center and the Prudential Center Garage.

Library partners with Bills, Sabres

The Buffalo & Erie County Public Library is hoping to boost membership and visitors through a new partnership with the Buffalo Bills and Sabres. The library partnered with Pegula Sports and Entertainment to create the One Buffalo Community Library Card. The initiative builds on recent commitments to communitywide reading programs by the Bills and Sabres.

The belt is constructed of a solid 84-ounce gold buckle, 3-carat diamond, 3-carat ruby, 3-carat sapphire and 26 diamond chips.

CANTON, OHIO
Stabler’s Hickok Belt up for auction

Awards and memorabilia owned by Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Ken Stabler will be auctioned by Pristine Auction. Online bidding ends Sunday. The jewel of the 458-piece collection is the opulent 1976 Hickok Belt for the Professional Athlete of the Year. This is the first Hickok Belt ever made available to the public. Stabler, who died in 2015, was inducted posthumously into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Aug. 6.

DALLAS
New marquee displays set for arena

Daktronics will continue its partnership with American Airlines Center by designing, manufacturing and installing two new marquee LED displays. The new displays will be installed in the marquee structure off of Interstate 35E in Dallas. They will measure approximately 24 feet high by 20 feet wide.

HOUSTON
Dynamo dials up Sprint

Sprint is now the official wireless provider of the Houston Dynamo. As part of the multiyear agreement, the Dynamo’s regular-season home game on Aug. 24 will be Social Media Night presented by Sprint. A number of promotions and contests on different social media platforms will be announced leading up to that game.

Jags show off new club space

The Jacksonville Jaguars opened the doors to the newly renovated US Assure Club, unveiling for the first time the completed premium-seating environment to media and special guests at a ribbon-cutting ceremony at EverBank Field. The club now features new walkout patios at the 50-yard line.

JTA, radio station relaunch shuttle
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority is partnering with the official radio station of the Jaguars, WJXL-FM, to launch a fresh look for the Gameday Xpress this season. The shuttle service, which kicks off Aug. 20, will be a direct connection to Jaguars games, the Navy-Notre Dame game, Georgia-Florida and the TaxSlayer Bowl.

MEMPHIS
Redbirds mark museum’s anniversary

The Memphis Redbirds and the National Civil Rights Museum reached a partnership that will center around a celebration of the museum’s 25th anniversary at the Redbirds’ game on Friday at AutoZone Park. The Redbirds will donate $4 of every Field Box and Dugout ticket purchased back to the museum.

Dolphins call an Audible
The Miami Dolphins debuted “The Audible,” a 30-minute show live-streamed three days a week on Dolphins.com, the Dolphins app, Facebook Live and Periscope. Dolphins alum Kim Bokamper will host the show featuring unique perspectives on the team with long-form conversations, interviews and social media interaction.

MILWAUKEE
Tools equal tickets at Miller Park

Associated Bank and the Brewers Community Foundation will team up for the second year to host a tool collection drive at Miller Park on Wednesday. Fans can exchange new or gently used tools for free tickets to that evening’s game against the Atlanta Braves. For each tool donated, fans will receive a free Loge Level ticket. Tools will be donated to Housing Resources Inc., a nonprofit in Milwaukee that helps individuals and families purchase and maintain their own homes.

NEW YORK
Chase gets prominent roof placement

JPMorgan Chase will get branding on the new retractable roof over the U.S. Open Tennis Championships’ main stadium. The logo and name will appear in two places on the roof, which will be visible from nearby highways and from planes flying to and from LaGuardia Airport.

PHOENIX
D-backs taking School Challenge entries

The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation is accepting applications through Sept. 30 for the $100,000 School Challenge, presented by University of Phoenix. The program is open to all Arizona public, private and nonprofit charter schools. With more than 2,800 applications over the past four seasons, the foundation has been able to help 133 schools for a grand total of $650,000.

Blazers renew three sponsors

The Portland Trail Blazers re-enlisted three key sponsors for the 2016-17 season as Pacific Office Automation, Toyota and Wells Fargo have renewed their multiyear sponsorships. The companies will be featured in branded connections to home games, television and radio broadcasts, fan interactions, community initiatives and venue signage.

IGA aligns with A-League champs

Independent Grocers of Australia signed a three-year exclusive deal to become the premier partner of defending A-League champion Adelaide United. IGA becomes the club’s front of shirt sponsor for the 2016-17 season.

HULL, ENGLAND
Hull City changes shirt sponsor

Kenyan-based betting firm SportPesa will replace Flamingo Land as Hull City AFC’s main shirt sponsor for its return to the Premier League this season, according to a Hull Daily Mail report. Hull City will travel to Africa to play a Kenyan team as part of the new deal.

LONDON
Eagles playing EA Sports

EA Sports will be Crystal Palace FC’s official video game partner for 2016-17, which includes the sponsorship of all junior shirts throughout the season. The EA Sports brand will appear on the Premier League club’s academy shirts and the junior sizes that will be on sale from the club store.

PARIS
Groupe ADP supporting 2024 bid

Groupe ADP, the authority that owns and manages the airports in the Paris region, was confirmed as an official supplier of Paris 2024. Group ADP will support the bid with reception services for the IOC Evaluation Commission visit in 2017; a marketing campaign in airports; and the publication of promotional content in Paris Worldwide magazine.

TOKYO
Tokyo elects woman as governor

Tokyo elected Yuriko Koike, its first female governor, to lead the city as it prepares to host the 2020 Olympics. Koike, 64, had previously served as defense minister, Japan’s first woman in that post. She ran in the election without the official backing of the ruling pro-U.S., pro-business Liberal Democratic Party.

Tokyo 2020 builds with new partner
The Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee added Daiwa House Industry Co. as a Tokyo 2020 official partner, the second domestic tier of the Tokyo 2020 sponsorship program. The company has been attributed the category of construction and residential development.
