The Phoenix Suns named Chris Presson president of the D-League Northern Arizona Suns. Presson was president of the Arena Football League’s Arizona Rattlers.

Colleges
Montana State University hired Kyle Brennan as athletic director. Brennan was deputy athletic director for the University of Utah.

The College Football Playoff hired Alfred White as senior director of marketing and strategic partnerships. White was senior associate commissioner of Conference USA.

The San Francisco 49ers promoted Nikki Hawkins to director of partnership services, Kevin Hilton to senior manager of partnership sales, Nate Racela to manager of partnership services and Kyla Kajioka to coordinator of partnership sales and services.

Learfield Sports hired Keith Doughty as general manager at the University of Maine and Brad Hunt as general manager at the University of New Hampshire. Doughty was sales development manager for the Milwaukee Bucks, and Hunt was senior consultant to the U.S. Olympic Committee and Chelsea of the English Premier League.

Premier Partnerships hired Jim Cook as senior manager of corporate partnerships.

The Aspire Group named David Yri sales consultant for its national sales center, Anastasia Hamilton group and events consultant at the University of Kansas, Meghan King new business consultant at Army and Anne Mueller service consultant at the University of Texas.

Time Inc. named Brad Elders group publisher for Sports Illustrated. Elders was general manager of Partner Studio by AOL.

Univision Communications promoted Jonathan Schwartz to chief legal and corporate affairs officer.

NFL Media promoted Mike Muriano to executive producer for studio and remote content.

Raycom Sports named Hunter Nickell chief executive officer. Nickell was senior vice president of partnership management and business development for IMG College.

The Players’ Tribune named Chris Bernard senior vice president of athlete relations. Bernard was vice president of player development for the New York Knicks.

The Montreal Impact named Pari Arshagouni chief soccer officer and Richard Legendre executive vice president of strategic development and communications.

Atlanta United hired Richard Money as youth academy director and Tony Annan as academy manager. Money was manager of English Football League 2 club Cambridge United, and Annan was executive director of Norcross Soccer Academy.

The Los Angeles Football Club hired Erica Bernadas as manager for business development of corporate partnerships. Bernadas was an account executive for corporate development with the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Kwik Goal named Erik Imler technical representative and hired Chris Chico as Southeast territory manager, Amanda Trexler as customer service representative and Vidvuds Mednis in graphic design and media.

Sports Commissions and Tourism
The DuPage (Ill.) Convention and Visitors Bureau hired Kris Cristofaro as sales manger for sports, hobby, tour, travel and social markets.

Other
USA Rugby Chief Executive Officer Nigel Melville will step down June 30.

NRG eSports named Andrew Pruett chief executive officer. Pruett was global head of publisher relations and business development for Apple.

The e-sports franchise Echo Fox hired Jace Hall as chief executive officer. Hall was an executive with Warner Bros.

The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum named Jon Shestakofsky vice president of communications and education. Shestakofsky was manager of media relations and baseball information for the Boston Red Sox.

WWE named Jay Li vice president and general manager of Greater China. Li was general manager of Skullcandy China.

FanThreeSixty hired Dennis Cunningham as chief sales officer.

Daktronics hired Brent Stevens as national sales manager for professional sports. Stevens was with Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment.

Tennis
The WTA’s Connecticut Open named Tim Curry ticket sales and partnership marketing manager. Curry was managing partner at Klein Curry Communications and before that was director of corporate communications for the U.S. Tennis Association.

The National Association of Sports Commissions elected Seattle Sports Commission Executive Director Ralph Morton chair.

Ohio University’s College of Business honored longtime sports executive and alumnus Andy Dolich with its Award for Achievement.

The International Association of Venue Managers board of directors named Michael Marion vice chair.

SportAccord elected Swiss IOC member Patrick Baumann as president.

The Valero Alamo Bowl board of directors named Lamont Jefferson chair.

The Football Bowl Association named Hyundai Sun Bowl Executive Director Bernie Olivas chair, effective July 1, and Pete Derzis, ESPN senior vice president of events, an at-large member.

The Charlotte Sports Foundation elected Jason Mengel to its board of directors. Mengel is 2017 PGA Championship director.
