The Oakland Athletics promoted Haley McCollough to corporate sales and special projects assistant and hired Josh Friedman as client services representative, Kevin Lowe as senior administrator and Casey Quirke as ticket office accountant.

Garry Arthur retired as chief operating officer and general manager of the Class AAA Pacific Coast League’s Nashville Sounds.

Basketball
The Denver Nuggets promoted Jared Jeffries to director of pro personnel, Tommy Balcetis to director of analytics, Scott Howard to director of college scouting and Arturas Karnisovas to assistant general manager and vice president of basketball operations.

SMALL
Colleges
The University of Arkansas promoted Charles Small to assistant athletic director for academic services.

The University of Michigan named Doug Gnodtke executive associate athletic director and chief of staff. Gnodtke was senior associate director/chief financial officer and internal operations at the University of Connecticut.

Saint Francis University named Susan Robinson Fruchtl athletic director. Robinson Fruchtl was women’s basketball coach at Providence College.

North Carolina State University promoted Bobby Lutz to special assistant to the deputy athletic director for external operations.

Northern Illinois University named Debra Boughton chief of staff. Boughton remains senior associate athletic director for finance and operations, and senior woman administrator.

Combat Sports
UFC hired Rene Valencia as vice president of marketing partnerships. Valencia was global head of sponsorship at MP & Silva.

Facilities
Dollamur Sport Surfaces hired Tyler Voth as GymTurf 365 national sales manager.

Golf
The LPGA promoted Kelly Hyne to senior vice president of strategic partnerships and Kelly Schultz to senior director of tour operations.

Marketing
IMG College named Larry Thompson general manager at Central Michigan University. Thompson was in advertising sales at CBS Radio in Detroit.

WOLF
Premier Partnerships promoted Spencer Wolf to director of marketing services and hired Seth Frankenthal as director of valuation and consulting. Frankenthal was associate director at Optimum Sports.

Learfield hired Chris Kingston as a vice president; he will oversee collegiate relationships in the South region. Kingston was athletic director at Bowling Green State University.

Advantage International hired Jared Blitz as creative director, Ryan Bemis as account manager and Annie Kineavy as account executive.

Samsung Electronic hired Alex Chang as head of sports marketing. Chang was vice president of brands at Wasserman.

Monumental Sports Network named Don DiRaddo supervising producer. DiRaddo was director of broadcasting for the Baltimore Ravens.

Motorsports
International Speedway Corp. promoted Jeff Boerger to vice president of ISC corporate development and Derek Muldowney to vice president of ISC and president of design and development. Boerger remains Kansas Speedway Development Corp. president.
