Rossetti’s versatility is evident across multiple sports-related disciplines, extending from the U.S. Tennis Association’s two retractable-roof projects in New York, to arena and stadium developments in Ottawa and Calgary, to the Titletown mixed-use project in Green Bay, next to Lambeau Field. Matt Rossetti, the son of Gino Rossetti, the firm’s founder, leads the practice, which calls Detroit home, separating itself from the pack of sports architects based in Kansas City. Renne, among the firm’s most experienced designers, worked on the Daytona Rising project, a $400 million renovation converting the 57-year-old racetrack into a motorsports stadium experience with true concourses, fixed concession stands, plus new premium seats and club lounges. The project landed Rossetti more renovation work at NASCAR tracks in Dover and Phoenix. Separately, Renne is designing new practice facilities for the Los Angeles Lakers and Brigham Young University.
