The Baltimore Orioles hired Mike DeMars as senior manager of partnership marketing. DeMars was client services manager for the Pittsburgh Pirates.

The Class A Northwest League’s Boise (Idaho) Hawks named Mike Van Hise assistant general manager. Van Hise was director of ticket sales for the Augusta GreenJackets.

Colleges
The NCAA hired Ryan Jones as associate director of Division II governance. Jones was assistant athletic director of communication for Florida Institute of Technology.
 
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics hired Mike Higgins as director of championships. Higgins was vice president of events for USA Track and Field.
 
Facilities
SMG promoted Claude Molinari to general manager and Cedric Turnbore to director of operations, both at Cobo Center.
