Honoring Philly’s Shining Stars

Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia hosted the Shining Star Awards benefiting the March of Dimes, where six local children who have benefited from the work of the March of Dimes were honored by members of the five Philadelphia sports teams: Time Warner Cable Sports’ Dan Finnerty, Wanamaker Entertainment Group’s Paul Conaway, the Philadelphia Flyers’ Brayden Schenn, the Philadelphia Union’s Zach Pfeffer, the Philadelphia Phillies’ Larry Anderson, Comcast SportsNet’s Brian Monihan, Black Women in Sport Foundation founder and Lifetime Achievement Award winner Tina Sloan Green, and the Philadelphia Eagles’ Cody Parkey.
