Baseball
The Boston Red Sox promoted Mike Hazen to senior vice president and general manager.

The Milwaukee Brewers named David Stearns general manager and Jamie Norton vice president of finance and accounting. Stearns was assistant general manager for the Houston Astros, and Norton was assistant director of finance and risk management for the Chicago Cubs.

Little League International senior communications executive Wayne Henninger left his position to start a communications consultancy.

The Ripken Experience Pigeon Forge (Tenn.) named David Bounds general manager.

The Class AA Southern League’s Jacksonville Suns named Harold Craw general manager, Linda McNabb vice president of sales and marketing, and Mary Nixon assistant general manager overseeing all food and beverage and special events at The Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville.

Basketball
The Houston Rockets and Clutch City Sports & Entertainment promoted Cody Haynes to director of ticket sales, Aryon Crockett to event services coordinator, Eric Martin to event booking coordinator, Courtni Martin to guest services coordinator, Rebecca Traylor to senior event coordinator, Mandy Walsh to senior marketing manager, Bryant Savage to senior director of security and guest services, Greg Poole to senior director of facilities, Josh Massey and Joelle Hardin to senior group account executives, Eric Marglous to senior director of ticket operations, Leilani Costa to manager of events, Chrislord Templonuevo to senior event coordinator, Mike Schnieders to director of events and marketing, and Cortez Nichols and Courtney Aldrich to suite account manager. The organization hired Cedrick Edwards as guest services manager, Andrew Sidney as manager of groups and inside ticket sales, Sean McCloskey as media relations manager and Will Tullos as graphic designer.

The Atlanta Hawks promoted Jeff Peterson to director of scouting and Naya-Joi Martin to manager of player programs, and hired Michael Blackstone as assistant general manager, John Treloar as director of player personnel, Malik Rose as manager of basketball operations, Dotun Akinwale as manager of scouting, Matt Elijah as manager of basketball administration, Daniel Starkman as coordinator of basketball operations and David Painter as director of basketball facilities.

The Los Angeles Lakers promoted Jesse Buss to assistant general manager and director of scouting and Clay Moser to assistant coach and director of basketball strategy.

The Philadelphia 76ers promoted John Lynch and Steve McMahon to account executives; Chelsea Herman, Matt Yoder and Sunghwan Kim to group event specialists; Marquise Watson to client experience account manager; Carrie Kmetzo to director of corporate partnerships; and Zack Robinson to senior manager of group sales.

The Minnesota Timberwolves promoted Calvin Booth to director of player personnel and Kaayla Chones to player programs director and manager of team services, and hired Arnie Kander as vice president of sports performance. Kander was a physical therapist for the Detroit Pistons.

Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough hired sports attorney Dwayne Watts as part of its sports law group. Watts was senior business affairs counsel of marketing, sponsorships and media for Farmers Insurance.

Marketing
United Entertainment Group promoted Mary Scott to president of sports and brand experiences and Robby Wells to chief strategy officer, and hired Gabe Banner as senior vice president of brand experiences, Nicole Bradley as vice president of communications, Dave Santaniello as senior vice president of rights and partnerships, and Melanie Washington as vice president of brand experiences.

Scout Sports and Entertainment promoted Adam Levy to account director and Steve Lang to account supervisor, and hired Caitlin Barry as an administrative assistant.

Team One promoted Dylan Bohanan to assistant account executive and hired Dan Munsterman as an account supervisor. Munsterman was a senior account executive for Jack Morton Worldwide.

Van Wagner Sports & Entertainment’s Collegiate Services Division hired Alex Elorriaga as general manager and Ryan Sanabria as an account executive at Florida International University; Jason Capel as vice president, David Schneider as director of sales and Shea Jury as marketing coordinator at Georgia State University; and Tim Farrell as general manager at Siena College.

Prodigy Sports promoted Mark Gress Jr. to vice president of recruiting, Kevin Carmichael to senior manager of recruiting and Melanie Sabol to senior coordinator.
