Basketball
The Russian Basketball Federation named former NBA player Andrei Kirilenko president.

Colleges
California State University, Northridge hired Teiana Jones as the senior associate athletic director for academic services and senior director of academic services for student athletes. Jones was senior academic coordinator for football at Georgia Tech.

Fordham University hired Scott Donnelly as associate athletic director for marketing, promotions and tickets. Donnelly was assistant athletic director for marketing and promotions at the University of Massachusetts Lowell.

The University of Arkansas promoted David Beall to associate communications director.

Manhattan College named Jonathan Larson assistant athletic director for sports performance.

Seton Hall University named Rachelle Paul senior associate athletic director for compliance and student-athlete development and senior woman administrator. Paul was senior associate athletic director for student development and senior woman administrator at Monmouth University.

Kent State University promoted Janet Kittell to deputy athletic director for internal operations and senior woman administrator.

Villanova University named Mark Jackson athletic director. Jackson was senior associate athletic director and chief innovation officer at the University of Southern California.

Xavier University promoted Andy Barry to assistant athletic director for business and finance, Seth Breitenstein to assistant athletic director for development and Michael Riesenbeck to director for events and operations. Jeff Poulard was hired as director of compliance. Poulard was assistant director of compliance at the University of Maryland.

Old Dominion University promoted Grant Gardner to associate director of athletic communications and Maggie Bonner to assistant director of athletic communications, and hired Tim Wentz as assistant director of athletic communications.

Football
The Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee hired Andrea Mokros as vice president of communications. Mokros was a special assistant to President Barack Obama and director of strategic planning for first lady Michelle Obama.

Golf
Marriott Golf named Brett Stark senior director of marketing and e-commerce. Stark was senior manager of client services for EZ Links Golf.

Hockey
The Arizona Coyotes hired Ahron Cohen as general counsel. Cohen was with the law firm Snell & Wilmer.

Media
Time Inc. named to its Sports Group Patty Hirsch as vice president and general manager of digital, Shankar Tripathi as director of digital business development, Krys Krycinski as head of product and Matt Walker as senior UX/UI designer.

Olympics
USA Field Hockey promoted Simon Hoskins to executive director.

Awards and Boards
USA Table Tennis named Carolyne Savini, Turnkey Sports and Entertainment senior vice president and general manager for Turnkey Search, to its board of directors.

The National Thoroughbred Racing Association named Reynolds Bell Jr., Robert Clay, Alan Foreman, Craig Fravel, Chris Kay, Joe Morris, Bill Thomason and Alex Waldrop to the board of directors.
