COLLINS
The Golden State Warriors named Stephen Collins chief operating officer of GSW Arena. Collins was executive vice president of facilities for Madison Square Garden.

The National Basketball Players Association hired Joe Rogowski as director of physiology and research. Rogowski was director of science and research for the Houston Rockets.

Colleges
The University of Arkansas promoted Patrick Pierson to assistant athletic director for communications.

New Mexico State University appointed Chet Savage deputy athletic director. Savage was deputy athletic director at Southern Illinois University.

The Mountain West Conference promoted Gary Walenga to assistant commissioner for business and chief financial officer.

The University of Memphis hired Mark Alnutt as deputy athletic director. Alnutt was athletic director at Southeast Missouri State University.

The University of Northern Iowa promoted Jean Berger to deputy athletic director and senior woman administrator, Justin Schemmel to deputy athletic director for internal operations, Steve Schofield to deputy athletic director for external operations, Steve Gearhart to deputy athletic director for development, Beth Discher to associate athletic director for business, Maddie Allen-Kasten to assistant athletic director for marketing, Kelly Destival to assistant athletic director for business, Michelle Van Dorn to assistant athletic director for new media and Sarah Harms to athletic operations coordinator.

Liberty University hired Tim East as senior associate athletic director for external operations. East was associate athletic director for external affairs at Virginia Tech.

The University of Oklahoma named Zac Selmon senior athletic director and chief of operations. Selmon was associate athletic director and special assistant at the University of North Carolina.

San Jose State University hired Mike Waller as senior associate athletic director for business operations. Waller was senior associate commissioner and chief financial officer for the Mountain West Conference.

Kent State University hired Casey Cegles as deputy athletic director. Cegles was director of major gifts for the Old Dominion Athletic Foundation.

The Atlantic 10 Conference named Sue Bergen assistant commissioner and director of finance. Bergen was associate athletic director of business and finance and senior woman administrator at the University of Rhode Island.

Catawba College hired Ricky Jones as coordinator of athletic facilities and promoted Craig Turnbull to associate athletic director, Jim Lewis to senior assistant athletic director and David McDowell to assistant athletic director.

Football
The NFL hired Rod Graves as senior vice president of football administration and club services. Graves was senior director of football administration for the New York Jets.

Hockey
The Anaheim Ducks hired Dave Nonis as a special assignment scout and consultant to the executive vice president and general manager. Nonis was general manager for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
 
Law

WATTS
Nelson Mullins hired Dwayne Watts for its sports law group.

Marketing
IMRE hired Kelsey Fielder as an associate account executive.

Media
The Players’ Tribune hired Michelle Isaacs as public relations manager. Isaacs held the same position at GQ.

ESPN promoted Ilan Ben-Hanan to vice president of college sports programming.

Motorsports
The NHRA named Terry Blount vice president of public relations and communications, effective July 30. Blount was a columnist for ESPN.com.

Other
The U.S. Equestrian Federation hired Colby Connell as chief marketing officer. Connell was vice president of marketing at Spartan Race.

Bitreserve named Anthony Watson chief executive officer. Watson was chief information officer for Nike.

WWE named Blake Bilstad senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. Bilstad was general counsel and senior vice president, legal and public affairs, at Provide Commerce.

Epoch Lacrosse named Emily Plahn product engineer.
