Colleges
Providence College hired Ashlee Magosin as associate athletic director for business. Magosin was business manager for the University of Maryland athletic department.

Facilities
SMG named Leonard Bonacci a regional vice president for the stadiums and arenas division and Patrick Talty general manager for the new stadium in Minneapolis.

Football
The Chicago Bears hired Ryan Pace as general manager. Pace was director of player personnel for the New Orleans Saints.

The Green Bay Packers promoted Eliot Wolf to director of player personnel.

The Miami Dolphins named Mike Tannenbaum
executive vice president of football operations. Tannenbaum was a principal and agent at Priority Sports and Entertainment.

The Washington Redskins hired Scot McCloughan as general manager.

Law
Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz promoted Christopher Chase to partner in the firm’s advertising, marketing and public relations group, brand management group and sports group; Jeremy Goldman to partner in its litigation group and technology, digital media, and privacy group; and Alan Sacks to partner in the entertainment group, IP finance group and sports group.

GRACIANO
The NFL hired Steven Graciano as vice president of NFL Network marketing. Graciano was vice president of marketing and communications for Fox Deportes.

ESPN promoted Aaron LaBerge to executive vice president and chief technology officer, succeeding Chuck Pagano, who is retiring. The company named Leon Carter vice president and editorial director and Brando Simeo Starkey an associate editor, both for its new site on sports, race and culture.

Scout Inc. promoted Ramsey McGrory to president of sales and publishing.

ELIAS
Fox Networks promoted Benjamin “B.J.” Elias to senior vice president for distribution.

Fox Sports South hired Eric Welch as senior manager of communications and social media. Welch was a senior publicist, communications for Turner Sports.

Nielsen Media hired Glenn Enoch as senior vice president of audience insights. Enoch was vice president of integrated media research for ESPN.

Motorsports
Andretti Autosport hired Rob Edwards as director of race operations and engineering. Edwards was a team manager for Schmidt Peterson Motorsports.

Multiteam Companies
Miller Sports Properties promoted Jenn Andrs to executive director of the Tour of Utah, Jonathan Rinehart to vice president of communications for the Utah Jazz and Frank Zang to senior vice president of the Miller Sports Properties communications department. Michelle Smith was hired as vice president of Miller Sports Properties partner services and integration.

Olympics
USA Table Tennis hired Richard Finn as national media and marketing consultant. Finn was director of media relations and sports strategy for the New York Road Runners and New York City Marathon.

Soccer
The National Women’s Soccer League named Jeff Plush commissioner. Plush was managing partner for Helium Sports Group.

Sporting Goods and Apparel

BYNOE
Spalding named Kenyatta Bynoe senior director of marketing. Bynoe was senior brand advertising manager for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

Mizuno USA hired Mark Sheehan as vice president of product management for its running division. Sheehan was president of Material Concept Group.

Tennis
The International Tennis Federation hired Andrew Walker as commercial director. Walker was chief marketing officer for the Women’s Tennis Association.

Other

GRESS
Prodigy Sports named Mark Gress Jr. director of recruiting.

The Steadman Clinic and the Steadman Philippon Research Institute named Dan Drawbaugh chief executive officer. Drawbaugh was senior vice president and chief information officer for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

The Women’s Sports Foundation named Angela Hucles president. Hucles founded the Empowerment Through Sport Leadership Series.
