Vanderbilt University promoted Candice Lee to senior associate athletic director for internal affairs and Steve Walsh to senior associate athletic director for external affairs, and named Allison Frazee assistant athletic director for marketing, Tom Bossung assistant athletic director for sports medicine, Gina Owens assistant athletic director for business services, Steven Parks assistant athletic director for video services and Anchor Down Productions, Ryan Schulz assistant athletic director for communications and Elizabeth Wright assistant athletic director of student services.

Jim Miller will retire Oct. 21 as University of Richmond athletic director.

Manhattan College named Kevin Ross associate athletic director for athletic communications. Ross was Wagner College assistant director of media relations.

The University of Nebraska hired Boyd Epley as assistant athletic director for strength and conditioning. Epley was National Strength and Conditioning Association director of coaching performance.

Middle Tennessee State University named Justin Morrison assistant athletic director for development. Morrison was development coordinator at Arkansas State University and assistant director of the Red Wolves Foundation.

North Dakota State University named Matt Larsen athletic director. Larsen was senior associate athletic director at Stony Brook University.

Boise State University promoted John Cunningham to senior associate athletic director for external affairs and Natalie Keffer to assistant athletic director for administration. David Kinard stepped down from his position as associate athletic director of development.

The University of Miami hired Tom Symonds as assistant athletic director for communications. Symonds was assistant athletic director for media relations at Ohio University.

The College of New Jersey named Wayne Burrow senior associate athletic director for external affairs. Burrow was associate commissioner of championships and scheduling for the Horizon League.

Mary Bowden will retire in December from the University of Utah, where she is senior associate athletic director for student athlete support services and senior woman administrator.

Powder Mountain named Tim Hall director of sports marketing. Hall was Red Bull athlete marketing manager.
